Get ready for an exciting season of Wolverine Winter Sports!

We encourage all eligible students to get involved, stay active, and show their school spirit.

Who Can Participate:

• 🤼 Wrestling – Open to 4th grade students

• 🏀 Basketball – Open to 5th and 6th grade students

How to Join:
Parents can complete one online permission slip that covers athletic participation for the entire school year. No need to submit a new form for each sport.

Why Join?
Winter sports are a great way for students to:

• Build confidence and teamwork skills

• Stay active and healthy

• Make new friends and have fun!

After-School Practices run from 2:50 PM to 3:50 PM and begin immediately after dismissal.
To participate, students must have a signed permission slip on file.

Please note: For safety reasons, younger siblings may not remain on campus during practice unless they are accompanied by a supervising adult.

You may review all forms on the link. THERE IS NO NEED TO PRINT & SIGN THESE FORMS.  You will be asked to "agree" and electronically submit all the forms you have completed at once to the school.

Please note that your acceptance of the forms is required for student participation in Woods athletics.

If you have further questions or would like a printed copy of the sports packet, please contact the office at 327-8800 or have your child pick up a packet in the front office.

4th Grade Manager Application
Manager positions are open to 4th grade students as needed by the athletic coach. Submitting an application, does not guarantee that you will be selected as a manager. Managers are expected to attend every after school practice and home games. Managers do not travel to away games. Manager positions can be counted as school service on the Block W Application. Students will still need to submit a school service form that logs their hours as a manager.
