The purpose of student council is to give 5th and 6th grade students an opportunity to create a positive school culture and provide service to the community by participating in service learning fundraisers and activities (Kids’ Day, canned food drive, etc.). Student council members will also help with raising the flag and morning announcements. Student council offers an opportunity for students to exemplify the Wolverine GROWL.

Student Council Meeting Schedule

SSC meetings will generally take place once a quarter. Please pay close attention to the schedule! We may add additional meetings as needed. SSC members will also be asked to participate in special events, such as Kids’ Day.
