Student Council Members on Kids Day

The purpose of student council is to give 5th and 6th grade students an opportunity to create a positive school culture and provide service to the community by participating in service learning fundraisers and activities (Kids’ Day, canned food drive, etc.). Student council members will also help with raising the flag and morning announcements. Student council offers an opportunity for students to exemplify the Wolverine GROWL.

Student Council Meeting Schedule

Student Council meetings will take place one day per month (usuallyTuesdays) at 1:05 (When 4th grade is called to line up, student council members should line up quickly on the Room 26 line, and Mrs. Glosier will walk membersto their meeting.) there may be additional meetings as needed. Student Council members will also be asked to participate in special events, such as Kids’ Day.
