STATE TESTING

Our testing schedule has now been set.  Please note the following dates and times.  Please do not plan appointments during this time. It is important that your child is here during testing.  Also, make sure your child gets plenty of rest the night before, and a healthy breakfast the morning of each of these testing dates:

May 1st, 2nd, 3rd (2nd-6th grade)

May 8th, 9th, 10th (2nd-6th grade)

PTC Board Member Nominations

It’s that time of year again to nominate new PTC board members. ANYBODY is welcome to nominate and/or run for any position.

If you are interested in nominating or running please click on the form below or pick one up in the office. ALL FORMS ARE DUE BY APRIL 20th to Regina in the Main Office!!!

Most of the current board have served for many years and will be stepping down this year, and in order to keep PTC going we need to elect new board members.

The following positions are available (yes it is possible to run as a co-officer, meaning 2 people for 1 position):

President: Run meetings, organize the PTC

Vice President: Help out the President, fundraising

Treasurer: Handle all the money, budget, and check writing

Recording Secretary: Takes minutes at the meetings

Corresponding Secretary: Handles invites, thank yous, Holiday Cards

Parliamentarians: make sure meetings are run properly and that are Bylaws are followed. They also take care of ballots and count votes

Past Board Member: Has to be a past board member

We encourage everyone to think about running for a position for our wonderful PTC.
