Woods Elementary School will hold a Packet #3 Return and End of Year Checkout on Thursday, May 28th and Friday, May 29th from 8:00AM to 3:00PM. Our school campus will not be able to accept items for return or retrieve items from classrooms prior to May 28th and 29th.
Individuals are encouraged to bring backpacks or something sturdy to carry items being returned to students. When arriving to the Woods campus, please visit your child's classroom where you will return and retrieve items. The following student items should be placed on the student's desk after you or your child has cleaned out their personal items from their desk:
• Packet #3
• library books (On May 19th, students and parents were sent a message through Destiny of items that are currently checked out to students.)
Individuals returning music instruments, should have the student's name on a piece of masking tape placed on the outside case. Music instruments should be returned to the following locations:
• Band Instruments are to be placed on the stage in the MPR.
• Orchestra Instruments are to be placed in room 18.
• 4th Grade Recorders are to be placed in a bag, labeled with child's name and placed in room 18.
Yearbooks that have been purchased may be picked up in the MPR. When entering the MPR please use the entrance doors near the student restrooms and exit the doors near the Library.
